Our Story
We're building the infrastructure ERG leaders have always deserved.
Most ERG programs don't fail because the leaders are bad. They fail because nobody ever built the structure underneath them. No frameworks. No playbooks. No community of peers who actually get it. No platform built specifically for them.
The ERG Movement is fixing that.
We started with one founder, Maceo Owens, in the room with ERG leaders — running workshops, building programs from scratch, training leads at companies like Logitech, Netflix, Intuit, and 100+ more. That work birthed a framework: The 3Ps of ERG Success — Purpose, Process, Programming.
Now we've scaled it. The Movement is a full ecosystem of ERG enablement: live work with Maceo, the ERGs.io platform, and a constant stream of free resources. One mission: make ERG leaders unstoppable.
