- Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request pricing for the Fresh Start program, book a call via Calendly, subscribe to the newsletter, or join ERG Champs, you may provide your name, email, company, role, and any message you choose to share.
- Automatic information. Like most websites, we (and our service providers) may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This helps us keep the Site secure and improve it.
- Cookies and similar tech. We may use first-party and third-party cookies for essential site functions, analytics, and embedded content (e.g. Calendly, YouTube, Beehiiv). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as a result.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries, send pricing details, and schedule calls.
- To send you the newsletter or community updates you've subscribed to.

We keep contact submissions, pricing requests, and newsletter sign-ups for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill the service you requested, and meet our legal and operational requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent or opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@theergmovement.com from the email address associated with your information. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
6. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. International users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
