These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theergmovement.com (the "Site") and any content, products, or services offered through it by The ERG Movement ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit any forms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet that requirement.
2. Programs and services
The Site describes services including the Fresh Start program, speaking and workshops, ERG Champs community, and free resources. Pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed in a separate engagement agreement before any paid work begins. Information on the Site is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the 3Ps framework, the ERG Movement Model, articles, podcasts, downloads, and all related logos, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by The ERG Movement or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and share content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution. Republishing, reselling, or training AI models on our content without written permission is prohibited.
4. Newsletter and community
When you subscribe to the newsletter or join ERG Champs, you may receive emails related to ERG strategy, resources, and community updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its backend.
- Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content at scale without permission.
- Don't submit false information through any form on the Site.
6. Third-party links and embeds
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (e.g. Calendly, YouTube, Vimeo, Beehiiv, LinkedIn, ERGs.io). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
