YMCA's ERGs Throw Lunch n' Learn

"Wow. This last week, we got to convene nearly all of the YMCA’s National Employee Resource Groups steering committee members — 100+ leaders in the Y local Movement — back at one of my homebases in San Francisco. This was the first convening of these groups — the African American Resource Network, the Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Network, the Emerging Leaders Resource Network, the Hispanic Latino Leadership Network, the LGBTQ+ Resource Network, and the Women’s Leadership Resource Network — since their last meeting in Puerto Rico, at the end of 2019, and the first that the BIPOC Leadership Experience in Camping group joined us to collaborate with the ELRN, as well as the exploratory/forming group that joined us: the forming Native America / Indigenous Resource Network and the gathering of the leads of the Local Disability ERGs. "
