Verizon Celebrates Juneteenth with Multiple Events

"Late last week, thanks to the Black Originators,Leaders and Doers, ERG at Verizon and I had the opportunity to virtually attend some Juneteenth events celebrating our heritage and the significance of celebrating Freedom Day! I also had the pleasure of participating in an event with an amazing panel of inspirational executives from other businesses. We have never met, but we learned truly how much we have in common with the help of the BERG (Black Employee Resource Group Consortium). These Juneteenth celebration events gave us the opportunity to learn, grow and share together. Special thanks to the moderator and all of my panel peers for the additional nuggets of wisdom that I can add to my toolbox. "
