More Information

""I have a dream." Those four words immediately draw the mind to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his iconic speech. Nearly 60 years later, where do we stand as America? Is his dream still alive? How do we turn knowledge into action and press forward in critical areas like voting rights? I was honored to reflect on this with colleagues yesterday as Verizon closed out Black History Month.

Thank you to Verizon and our BOLD (Black Originators Leaders and Doers) ERG (Employee Resource Group) for creating the space and opportunity to have that discussion, and thank you to Yolanda Stancil, Shema Mbyirukira, J.D., CISSP, CIPP-G, Tony Wells, and Tony Lewis for your insights. Let’s keep the conversation going and the dream alive."
