"Our employee resource groups, known as Toast Communities, support, encourage, and empower employees, with a particular focus on groups that are conspicuously absent or marginalized in the workplace. Currently there are 14 Toast Communities and our diversity council, otherwise known as the CAFE, which focus on the personal growth and professional development of their members, celebrating a variety of experiences, identities, and backgrounds.
Through leadership development opportunities, benefits, and safe and fun spaces for conversations, we are committed to actionable solidarity.
