"On September 27th, 2022, The Ford Foundation’s LatinX/BlatinX ERG Hosted a LatinX Heritage Month Event in Collaboration with HIP (Hispanics in Philanthropy) Highlighting the disparity of investment in Our LatinX/E communities as well as showcasing issues surrounding voting rights, community organizing and policy change, healthcare, disability justice, women’s rights and reproductive health, LGBTQIA + and trans rights. Not only did we celebrate LatinX/E Heritage but we brought to the forefront the work needed to make sure our community continues to thrive."
