The CLT Chapter of American Airlines Black Professional Network Volunteers at Supportive Housing Communities

As the last volunteer engagement this BHM, American Airlines Black Professional Network CLT chapter spent time at St. John’s Place a 32-unit permanent housing community. In it’s 30th year, Supportive Housing Communities provides one of the most basic needs for neighbors experiencing homelessness, SAFE and AFFORDABLE housing. With a “Place to live again” our neighbors many of which experienced chronic homelessness over the last year, have at least 1 “ability”. Many residents have learned the skills to sustain employment and SHC has a 97% success rate of maintaining stable housing.
