Thank You Note for Leading Women of the Warriors ERG

"During the pandemic, the Golden State Warriors’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council established a core group of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as a way to cultivate community amongst employees and provide a space for voices and experiences to be shared. I was fortunate enough to be nominated as Chair of our Women of the Warriors group, serving alongside an amazing group of women that I still call friends to this day.

It was hard work as we were new to the initiative and were truly figuring it out as we went, but it came together in a wonderful way, to the point other NBA and NFL teams were interested in what the Warriors had built. It gave me great exposure to the organization, internal leadership and co-workers I wouldn’t have interacted with on a day-to-day basis."
