Takeda Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with their Latinx DE&I Summit

"Happy #HispanicHeritageMonth (HHM)! So proud to celebrate this month by sharing my voice as well as listening to the voices of our Latino community. Last week, I was honored to share my personal and professional connection to Mujeres Unidas Avanzando during the kick-off of the Community Giving activity sponsored by Building Impact during Takeda's U.S. Commercial All Team Meeting. I also presented the critical role of our 10 Takeda Employee Resource Groups (TRGs) in engaging, creating awareness and building a culture of belonging and inclusion. Our Latino TRG Impacto was represented by Massachusetts co-lead Gina Salcedo, who shared the importance of HHM and the incredible events for this month, including our central hybrid internal/external event: the First Takeda Latinx DE&I Summit in partnership with Latinos in Bio on September 21 (link below)."
