Shopify's Co- Chair of Native@Shopify ERG is Fighting to Gain Equality for Women.

"From March 14 to 25, Tracy will be in New York at the 66th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), partnering with the Associated Country Women of the World (ACWW) in multiple panels and events, speaking to everything from climate change impacts to economic empowerment for women in rural Indigenous communities. These topics are at the heart of socio-economic change for Indigenous communities, where women frequently shoulder the most tremendous burdens.

Tracy's presence at the UN CSW is a fantastic recognition of her contributions to this work in her role with the Build Native with Shopify program. Tracy models reciprocity, both internally and externally, to Shopify. She has helped open doors for Indigenous merchants and Partners at Shopify while supporting Indigenous employees through her work with the ERG. Her efforts to level the playing field for Native@Shopify will make it a little easier for the next generation of employees and entrepreneurs to enter and thrive in these spaces."
