SHI's EMBRACE, Black Culture Collective and Latinx & Hispanic Heritage Culture Committee ERG Spoke at SHI International Corp.'s Monthly Town Crier Series

"Last week the EMBRACE Employee Resource Group (ERG), the Black Culture Collective ERG, and the Latinx & Hispanic Heritage Culture Committee were invited to speak at SHI International Corp.'s monthly Town Crier series, headed by the lovely Ed McNamara. I spoke about EMBRACE alongside Amanda Hoffman 🏳️‍🌈 & Theadora Hayes (not pictured). I am so excited we got to connect with 100+ fellow SHI-er's about the work that we are doing to make SHI a more inclusive and welcoming space for all. Since becoming a part of these ERG's, I have felt a deeper sense of belonging in a corporate environment such as SHI. Additionally, seeing how these groups impact my colleagues is so heartwarming, and I am so incredibly grateful to be able to be involved in all of these groups, whether I am a part of the community or as an ally. I am proud to be unapologetically me, and I will continue to EMBRACE all of my intersectional identities."
