Share the Warmth Drive with Mount Sinai Health

"the HOLA ERG once again partnered with Bowery Residents Committee, or BRC, in the “Share the Warmth Drive”. We’ve partnered with BRC in the past to give back to the community and help make this winter a little warmer for the homeless.

The project was sponsored by the Corporate Services Center chapter of HOLA, the Heritage of LatinX Alliance Employee Resource Group. HOLA committee members collected new hats, scarves, and gloves and BRC picked up the donations at the Mount Sinai Corporate Service Center location on December 8th. The response for this drive was great as we received enough donations to distribute 105 individual bags. Each bag contained a hat, scarf, and gloves that will be given to a homeless person. We’d like to thank MSHS Office for Diversity and Inclusion for donating the bags, Claudia Morales for graciously volunteering to be a drop off location at The Mount Sinai Hospital campus and our Mount Sinai Health System family for making someone a little warmer during the winter."
