Pyramid Consulting Inc Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with Launching their LatinTech ERG

"At Pyramid Consulting, Inc, we have a formal program that promotes diversity in our workforce - Belong:IN which is the staffing industry's first #erg program for consultants. The Belong:IN program aspires to provide our consultants and corporate employees with resource groups and opportunities to connect with other like-minded individuals outside of their core areas of work while encouraging a sense of belonging.

In celebration of #HispanicHeritageMonth, we shared the launch of the LatinTech ERG, whose mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages Hispanic and Latinx employees and consultants to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration and discussion."
