"In April, Mahogany, Pride Global's Black ERG hosted a Professional Development month where we talked all things career glow up and implemented a “Spring Refresh”. We modernized our resume’s, spruced up our personal websites, and created brag sheets. In addition, we renewed our LinkedIn profiles by updating outdated information, adding recommendations, and utilizing new features.

Pride Global sponsored new profile pictures so our profile could really pop! Personally, this refresh helped me to face Q2 with restored energy. I love that through our ERG’s we are able to push our career development to new levels. "
