"Last week Blackboard, Pinterest’s internal community for Black Pinployees, hosted their 2nd annual Black Employee Conference, ‘Bloom: The Homecoming.’ 🌷
This 2-day conference featured DIY flower workshops, special guests like Captain Theresa Claiborne, therapy sessions hosted by Purpose Partner and 501(c)(3) nonprofit Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health NFP founded by Christopher LeMark, and professional development sessions facilitated by Pinterest's I&D Recruiting Programs Coordinator, Christin L. Roberson, Ed.D.
Pinployees from across the world came together to celebrate and collaborated on ways we can continue to show up and invest in the Black community at Pinterest. It was truly an inspiring experience."
