PepsiCo's Women's ERG Hosts Gives Back Campaign

"Last week I had the opportunity to join my PepsiCo colleagues and LA’s BEST for an afternoon of enrichment activities at a LAUSD elementary school. We were able to join children who participate in STEM and sports programs during several sessions to engage with them on a one-on-one basis. It was truly a moving experience.

This event was sponsored by PepsiCo Gives Back Campaign, Organized by Women of Color ERG West Division and led by LA BEST, an Afterschool Enrichment Program plays a vital role in the lives of more than 25,000 unique and talented elementary school students who come from neighborhoods with the fewest resources and the greatest needs.

As sponsor of the West Women of Color ERG, I want to recognize Vanessa Diaz Lark, WOC West lead for her continued commitment and passion to raising the bar on DEI in PepsiCo, as well as thank Vivian Rodriguez and my Frito-Lay colleagues for volunteering in this amazing event.
