"A week ago I had the amazing opportunity to participate in a panel at HACR - Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility Leadership Pipeline Program in Miami. I was honored to represent my company and our ERG community on stage and have a discussion on leveraging ERGs for upward mobility. We talked about the importance of executive sponsorship and the unique critical experiences that our ERG leaders gain from being in a leadership role. Our ERGs are at the core of our culture at PepsiCo that is why aligning the ERG mission statement and goals to those of the business is important.
