"There’s a Japanese concept called, Ikigai, which is seen as the convergence of 4 primary elements (what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, what you can be paid for) to provide BALANCE.

Last week, I facilitated four different conversations that I’m deeply passionate about and the concept of Ikigai made total sense to me.

For a long time I thought the convergence of the four elements listed above was too good to be true. And I’d only feel that balance once I become the Latina Oprah (which is the ultimate life goal 😉).

But last week I had a taste of what I’ve been manifesting and working toward, and had to share those moments with you.
