Netflix's Indigenous ERG Hosts Mixer

"How can Netflix support indigenous communities? Grateful to have attended a mixer hosted by the Indigenous @ Netflix employee resource group (ERG) last night, where this question was raised.

As a fellow employee resource group leader at Alaska Airlines, it was such a powerful experience to be in a room with so many walks of indigenous/native folks with discussions on topics from mentorship, exposure, representation, and more. I'm thankful to have been in the space to listen, learn, and connect with others.

Mahalo to the Indigenous Netflix ERG for organizing such a great event, the Off the Rez food truck for the 'ono (delicious) food, and the Duwamish Longhouse & Cultural Center for hosting it!"
