Movate Hosts Session in Honor of International Women's Day with Speaker Carolyne on Challenges Faced as a Woman of Color in Tech

""Be unapologetically authentic in all you do," said Carolyne Truelove, Vice President of Reservations and Customer Relations at American Airlines, during our most recent WINning view session organized on account of International Women's Day.

Carolyne has been an organizational leader and influencer throughout her 25-year career in the travel and customer experience industry. Her extensive experience and ability to lead and influence large, complex, and agile global teams make her a true industry leader and #CX champion.

During the session, Carolyne spoke about the challenges she faced as a woman of color in the tech industry, and how seizing every right opportunity that came her way without inhibitions led her on a path of experimentation, growth, and success. She also spoke about how 'barriers can become assets' when we are unafraid of change, risks, and people's perceptions of us.
