On #ThankfulThursday, I’m grateful that Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are not just a box to check @Microsoft. We have a really great ERG culture where folks have fun 🥳

@Ryan Nelms does an amazing job with our ERG fairs where we go room to room (or virtual room to virtual room) to meet ERG reps and learn more about each group.
