"Another great event today hosted by the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on ERGs. Picked up some great nuggets from the speakers. One of my favorite phrases was from the keynote speaker, Pedro David Espinoza “You don’t have to BE to belong.” However we identify, we can still be allies and advocates for diverse communities. Jarrett Waddy, CDP also did a fabulous job explaining how to utilize ERGs to drive business results.
Great seeing so many familiar faces today and making new connections.
