"Last week I had the opportunity to join the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's ERG group Empowering Women in Transportation (EWT).
It was an inspiring event led by Cherise Myers and Sapna Shah, P.E. where the group discussed leadership models, benefits of sponsors and mentors, and personal branding.
The session motivated me to think about my time as a mentor and mentee and that like many of us, I'm not making the most of what could be hugely instrumental in career growth.
Thank you again to the EWT team for the learning moment, I look forward to hearing more from this great group!
