"Today, Johnson & Johnson hosted the HACE Executive East Coast Leadership Tour in New Brunswick, NJ. I had the honor of being a panelist and sharing our strong commitment to DEI. At J&J We believe in the power of bringing different backgrounds and perspectives to fuel creativity and innovation to transform people’s lives. This event engaged Hispanic executives and ERG members from Johnson & Johnson, PPG, TIAA, and the HACE network to have bold discussions about the intentionality, transparency, and accountability of DE&I.
