I’d also like to thank all members of Newsotros that contributed to the many events that happened this month. It wouldn’t have been possible without your creativity, dedication, and drive. Thank you all. 👉🏾 I’m celebrating some Latinx excellence this morning with pastries from my favorite bakery in Hialeah, Happy Vegan Bakers. The bonus is that it is a Latina-owned small business that helps my family enjoy some of our favorite comfort foods."
