"Today, our Hispanics at Highspot ERG hosted its first Cafe Conexión, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Over 80 people attended, including those who identify as LatinX, as well as several allies to our community. We had open, genuine, and beautiful discussions surrounding identity and allyship, and my heart is so full from hearing everyone's stories and perspectives. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who joined and supported this effort and I feel so lucky to be part of a company that allows space for these important conversations to take place.
