"Seeking out diverse perspectives is critical in creating an inclusive and welcoming company culture. Last week two of our ERGs joined forces to bring Gina Tomlinson (she/her), a gay, Black woman and industry leader in Information Technology to Headspace Health. Our PowHER ERG, (dedicated to developing our Black, women employees) together with our PrideSpace ERG (LGBTQIA+) joined Gina in a company-wide discussion on:
- Navigating the lack of diversity in the workplace
- Getting clear on your value and desires
- And getting smart on how we can tap into diverse talent."
