"Yesterday we celebrated our Global Week of Inclusion at adidas with an Employee Resource Group (ERG) fair at our Portland campus! ✨
All of the local ERG groups came together for a fun event with food, music, and prizes to bring awareness and drive engagement with our ERG communities across the brand. A big thank you to Benjamin Lee and all who helped in organizing this event!
As we looked around the room, we saw many adidas team members networking and engaging with each of the ERGs. The Women’s Network PDX was able to sign up many new joiners to our Teams channel, promote existing brand support tools for women, and gave away hundreds of buttons to women & allies!
I feel honored to work with such passionate and creative team members who volunteer their time & energy to support, engaging, and create community for women at adidas. ///
