"We’re excited to announce that as of this year, our Parent Connect Employee Resource Group (ERG) has been rebranded as Caregiver Connect to better align the ERG's name with our mission of supporting all parents, grandparents, guardians, and caregivers.

Whales journey in pods, and their pods are based a lot of time on where they are in their journey of life. So within the Caregiver Connect ERG, we also have PODs where employees can connect with other employees who are traveling down similar journeys. Some of these PODs include the Pregnancy, Infant, & Child Loss POD, the Grandparents POD, the Foster & Adoption Families POD, the Single Moms POD, the Single Dads POD, and more!
