Kudos to our Latinx ERG leaders in partnership with our D&I team for balancing celebration with career growth in honor of Hispanic Heritage month. In addition to celebratory events, earlier this month we kicked off a development program to accelerate the growth of our Latinx employees and will host a fireside chat with myself and Michael Montoya, (member of our F5 Board of Directors and Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer at Equinix), to share his career path insights.
