In honor of Veterans Day, we held our first Charity Chili Cookoff here at Emerson in NJ! I’m super excited that we raised almost $600 for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation. This is an amazing charity whose mission is to provide college scholarships and educational counseling to #military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. 🇺🇸
Employees made donations to try out delicious chilis cooked by their fellow colleagues. A shout out to Savitri Lazarus, Maci Prescott, Jeff Wawrzeniak, MS, CSP, CPEA, CIT & Jeffrey Loprete for cooking & Jeff L. for earning the title of best chili! Kudos to Savitri for spearheading the event & Katie Bishop/ Mary Francis Spiessbach for supporting!
