"Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are employee-led, company-supported groups centered around fostering and advancing the diverse communities within Discord. So without further ado, meet Discord’s Hispanic and Latinx ERG: La Cafetería.

La Cafetería ERG is a place for members and allies to gather, connect and support one another. We provide a safe space and resource for our members to celebrate our diverse collection of holidays, celebrations and work.
