Folashade recently led the Black Women at Deloitte Initiative at our @deloitte Rosslyn office. The incredible event gathered 50 of our Black Women practitioners for an evening of straight talk, networking, and fellowship.

The goal of Black Women at Deloitte (BWD) is to be a resource for professionals as they navigate through the firm by assisting in the development of their personal and professional growth, providing a supportive community for network building, mentorship, sponsorship, and allyship, and collaboration.
