Dell's Women in Action ERG Host Mentorship Event

"My first in person ERG event in a while did not disappoint! Hosted by our Women in Action ERG with Vanice Hayes LeKisha McKinley, MBA, PMP, CSSBB, CSQP Yolanda Lee Conyers and Yvonne Beamon sharing their personal stories about the power of mentorship, I was sitting in the audience with goosebumps! Having someone seeing your potential, helping you navigate difficult situations and challenge you to get outside of your comfort zone have a tremendous impact not only in your career but also personal life. If you don’t have a mentor- go and get it!!- but also, don’t be afraid to change mentor if you don’t feel that connection, it should be of value for both the mentor/mentee and a foundation of trust and vournability needs to be there.
