"Every quarter at Dell Technologies, our North America Women in Action ERG comes together for a Town Hall event. This quarter, our theme was focused on two things:
How each person puts on their CAPE (Celebrate. Appreciate. Participate. Elevate) for women at Dell AND why joining and engaging with an ERG makes a difference.
It was inspiring hearing everyone's "Why" and the passion to create a culture of belonging for all. I especially loved how every one of our executive sponsors was committed to leading by example with family first and how bringing your authentic selves to work is celebrated.
