"Last Thursday I joined the first panel of our newly established Cross Company Pride Community Gathering hosted by A.P. Moller - Maersk to represent our Danske Rainbow Network at Danske Bank, and it was such a joy! Other ERGs was from Nordea, SAP, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) & Ørsted

So nice to meet others doing the good working and to share our experiences with organising and pushing for more inclusion. I think this collaboration will have a great impact on the culture and diversity of all groups involved"
