CNA Insurance Hosts Discussion with Dr. N. Joyce Payne

"During Black History Month at CNA Insurance I had the honor along with my fellow Empowering Black Professionals ERG Co-Chair Terri Hill to have a discussion with Dr. N. Joyce Payne - Founder of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and her granddaughter Paris McMillian on elevating others through resiliency while having courageous, uncomfortable conversations; how to respect and embrace generational differences and similarities and in Dr. Payne’s words - “Creating the impossible and exceeding it!” There were over 1000 participants virtually and in person.
