"As our second event to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month, our Calix LatinX Network and Foodies Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) co-sponsored a unique team bonding event with an expert-led cooking class with Chef Olivier Said and host Sasha Nemchonok from Kitchen on Fire. A heartfelt thanks to Alex Burstein and Cheryl Rodness (Max) for helping the LatinX ERG plan this fantastic event.

Friday's menu, inspired by some of the most popular flavors from our Hispanic cuisine, included a delicious Batido de Coco and a super flavorful Chile Verde to close the week with the perfect meal."
