"Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council is proud to announce the launch of six new employee resource groups (#ERGs) for 2023, representing employees from Asian/Pacific Islander; Black/African American; Hispanic/Latinx; LGBTQ+; Veteran and Working Parent groups.
As an extension of our DE&I Council, ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that promote employee engagement and help foster #diversity and #inclusion at Avanos."
