"WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND!!!
American Airlines was the airline sponsor the 2022 Gathering of Nations (GON) Pow Wow. This was the first in person GON pow wow since the pandemic. There were over 750 tribes throughout the United States and Canada that were in attendance.

The Native American ERG partnered with our Talent Team to promote full time and intern job opportunities and informed attendees about American Airlines culture by providing information about our Native American ERG, DEI and the other ERG Affinity Groups. We also had the privilege of also volunteering during the pow wow by seating VIP Box Office guests."
