Airbus' Breath ERG Participates in World Mental Health Day

"Yesterday was a World Mental Health Day - a very important day for our society.

I am very happy to be a part of Breathe ERG in Airbus which was founded by amazing two ladies Jenna Kerr and Ellie Cooper! With Breathe we are aiming to break the stigma around mental health and help others understand that it is okay not to be okay.

I am also very proud to a Mental Health First Aider as well as Suicide Intervention First Aider. These two trainings helped me realise how important it is to not only take care of others but look after your own mental health and in this way lead by example."
