Airbnb's Black ERG Releases an Employee Resource Group Starter Kit

"Rounding out Black History Month we have released an Employee Resource Group Starter Kit. The manual is designed for people considering starting an ERG at their company, as well as members of existing Black ERGs. It includes tips on how to recruit members, run effective meetings, establish goals, and increase ERG influence within an organization in support of communities of color and to advance social justice.
