"One of the things I like about working at Lincoln Financial Group is the intentional "ACTION" behind the work that is DE&I. Today our African American Business Resource Group hosted Tracey Michae'l Lewis-Giggetts 💙! It was such a pleasure to be in the same space, and discuss her book "Black Joy: Stories of Resistance, Resilience, and Restoration". I certainly felt the joy with my colleagues today and will find more ways to carry more joy with me everyday, from my home life to my work life. Everyone wins when there is more joy present! No matter what we go through, there is a recipe for claiming and keeping JOY! This week is off to a GREAT Start!!!!
Who is Tracey? As a writer, Tracey has published eighteen books including several collaborations with numerous high-profile authors.
