"Our global virtual celebration kicked off with an explosive haka performance by MUA Legacy (Lehi, UT), incredible intersectional employee storytellers, an intimate conversation with API artist-activists, and a gorgeous animation of how creatives flip the script when asked "No, where are you really from?" Throughout the month, Asian/Pacific Islander at Adobe ERG members and allies worked to support and uplift local and global non-profits through fundraising and in-person/virtual volunteer efforts. We also ventured into new territory with our first hybrid event watch parties hosted across multiple Adobe offices, working to safely re/build community in this new normal.
One of our final events was our collaboration with our newest ERG, Indigenous/First Nations at Adobe, where we showcased Pacific Islander & Native Hawaiian Creatives to amplify their voices, celebrate their cultures, and honor their rich histories. "
