Activision Blizzard's Accomplishments for Veterans Includes Veteran Mentorship Program & More

"I meant to send this recap before the long break but like most of you I needed to reset so here I am ready to “Be All I Can Be” 😊 Below is a brief recap of the 2022 accomplishments that our Veteran Sourcing Team made in ABK.

🎖 Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program: 32 Veterans participated in the ABK Fellowship. This number also includes our first cohort in 2021.

🎓 Military Veteran Hiring Training: This training was developed via a coop with Hire Heroes USA to educate Hiring Managers, Human Resources Professionals and Talent Acquisition Professionals on resume reviews and information on the military lifestyle. 498 of the Players/Employees of ABK have completed this training.

💪 Veteran Mentorship Program: We have connected over 75 new and current ABK veterans with mentors in ABK.

🎮 Recruiting Events: We attended 12 events in 2022. All of them provided great leads and contacts.

🏆 Supplemental Veteran Onboarding Program: The Veterans Network ERG sent out 125 welcome emails to Veterans. This email provided access to the Veterans Employee Resource Network, Veteran mixers, Veteran resource checklists and the Military Veteran resources shared drive. They also received Veteran Network swag.

💥 HR/TA Rotation Leadership Program: Established in 2022 for HR and TA Hiring our Heroes Fellows. 11 Fellows have participated since the inception of the program.
