"On Thursday 2.18, We hosted our very first Hispanic American ERG meet and greet in Virtual Reality! We had over 100 people attend the event. What I learned:
1. Using the oculus headset, You are present and in the moment
2. Majority of attendees said this was their first virtual reality experience.
3. The interactions and conversations were real and authentic
4. The ability to “work the room” in 3D was as close as actually being face to face
