"Today was a celebration as Accenture's African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) hosted the #BlackHistoryMonth Kickoff Event with over 1,000 attendees. This year's theme is "Can't Give Up Now: Let's Leverage our Legacy to Create a Better Future.” I love how we collaborated with the different ERGs to embrace our cultural intersectionality with Canada BOLD ERG and Native American ERG.
We heard stories from our very own Jeremy Ellis and Gail Strachan, MCM, APR® about their family history and heritage. It really shed light on how we can learn more from our history and learn how we can create a better, inclusive workplace, teams and life for all that we meet along our journeys.
