"We have been very dedicated to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Cal Coast Credit Union for over five years. Our newest ERG group, WOW (Women Of the Workforce) held an event last night to raise funds for Ukrainian refugees. It was an evening of hope and inspiration and we raised a lot of money to help those that really need us right now. This is a community. This is heart. This is belonging. Sometimes small grass roots movements have the largest impact. #hopeforukraine #inclusionmatters"
